Description:
The job of Senior Account Planner at the Diem Design Inc. is critically important and requires a rare blend of analytical and intuitive skills, marketing and consumer research experience, the ability to use data to drive action as well as strong presentation and persuasion skills.
The Senior Account Planner is responsible for the guiding the strategic direction and success measures of the brand communication strategy for his/her brands. The right candidate will help to bring cultural- and consumer-based insights to the process of developing breakthrough creative.

Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• Interpretive and Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to tell good stories from data and to act upon learning from data
• 4 - 8 years of account planning experience (Hispanic Agency experience preferred but not required)
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• The ability to inspire creative teams
• Team player, proactive, ability to work with all levels of employees

New Business development manager

Description:
Identify business opportunities and establish new relationships through interaction with key players in medium to large companies. Work with principles and creatives to develop presentations and answer RFPs. Develop customized proposals for customers based on their objectives, desired tactics and budget parameters.

Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• Not less than 3 years experience in new business development for advertising, marketing or design.
• Existing contacts in marketing at relevant organizations.
• Ability to network to create new business opportunities with targeted companies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to clients.
